The grip of our soles is certified.To get this certification, the boots must pass laboratory tests to assess the grip coefficient on different surfaces (smooth, rugged, dry, wet).To validate these tests, we have the quality of our soles assessed in the field, on hikes, by a panel of testers covering 500 km.The soles of these boots have a grip rating of 4/5 and are OUTDOORCONTACT©-certified.
Designed for hiking use
Our hiking boots are designed for use on hiking trails. Indeed, we choose the components of the sole and upper of our boots and test them to ensure that they are ideally suited to walking on loose trails (e.g. unpaved forest paths) or rocky trails (e.g. rocky coastal paths). Intensive use on roads (tarmac) can lead to the premature wear of your boots and cause discomfort. Not suitable for hiking in the mountains.
Tested for optimal durability
Laboratory tests were also conducted to test the following elements: tearing eyelets and straps, gluing, toxicology, UV resistance, abrasion resistance of outsole and upper components, accelerated ageing. These tests allow us to improve the quality of our products and prevent premature wear of our hiking shoes.
Comfort
Our country walking boots promise one thing and that’s heightened comfort for the wearer; to this end, we have included different ingredients in this boot to take care of your feet such as the EVA foam midsole (flexible thermoplastic).We have also made the insole removable for greater hygiene (washing possible).

I suffer from a very rare and very painful bone condition called Malaryostotis and walking a distance is a challenge. These shoes have given me walking freedom. I wear them from morning to evening and no longer have to dread going shopping or going for long walks. Before discovering these shoes the above activities would fill me with dread. I have no hesitation in recommending these shoes to seniors who like a moderately active lifestyle.
They look cute and are fairly lightweight, but are impossible to lace in a way that keeps your heel in a shoe. The sole is pretty much wood firm and won't bend as you walk. As a result - terrible blisters all over and curses onto every designer who worked on them. Also they have breathing fabric only in the fingers, everywhere else is reinforced by tightly woven polyester, so claiming breathing material as a feature is a bit far fetched. Over all poorely made shoes suited maybe for city, but nothing else.
I have bought those shoes in summer 2020. The toes felt very stiff but I was sure that they will loosen. Month later after couple of days of trying shoes are as stiff and hurt my toes as hell.
