Orders & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes between 1 and 5 business days to receive your order.

However, during busy periods, such as sales or the holiday season, this time may be extended to 8-10 business days.

Why hasn't my order arrived yet even though the delivery time is 48 hours/2-4 days?

The delivery times indicated (48 hours for Accra/Tema or 2 to 4 days for Other Regions) begin from the dispatch of your order, when it is entrusted to the courier partner.

These times do not include the processing and preparation time of your order, which may vary depending on the volume of orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow its progress.

Why is my order still in "Not Processed" status after several days?

During sales periods or the holiday season, the volume of orders recorded increases significantly, which may cause additional delays in order processing and preparation. Rest assured, we are making every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. 

Outside of these busy periods, if the status of your order remains unchanged after several days, we invite you to contact us via chat or the contact form. Our team will be happy to assist you.

No, only e-gift cards purchased exclusively on our website can be used on Decathlon.re. All other gift cards are not currently usable on our website.

To get a quote, simply add the products you want to your cart.
