  Pickup Options    

• Pick up in 2 Hours:   Available for all general goods under 20 kg and smaller than 70x50x50 cm.
• Collect with Your Courier (Yango, Bolt, Uber, Okada):  Choose this option for added convenience! Place your order online, select a store at checkout, and arrange for your courier to collect on your behalf.

  Important Notes:    

• Order Cutoff for Same  Day Pickup:   Place orders by 7:30 pm for same  day collection; orders placed after will be ready the next day from 12 pm onwards.
•  Order Hold Time:   Your order will be held for 3 days after the confirmation email.
• Standard Pickup Option:   Choose this if you need a longer pickup window (up to 7 days). 

  How to Use Click & Collect:    

1. Select your product and choose   Click & Collect   at checkout.
2. Choose your nearest store.
3. Complete your payment.
4. Collect at the selected store (Kawukudi, Junction Mall, or West Hills Mall).

  Key Points to Remember:    

• FREE Service:   Click & Collect is free for all items.
• Confirmation Required:   Wait for your pickup confirmation email before visiting.
• Collection Timeframe:   Standard Click & Collect holds orders for 7 days; express courier pickup holds orders for 2 days.
•  ID Required:   Bring your order number and photo ID for pickup. 
• Courier Pickup Availability:   Click & Collect with a courier is available during store hours.
