We offer free returns in-store and online. Here’s what’s available at each location:

30 Days to Return Your Products

We stand behind everything we design and sell. If you have changed your mind, need another size, or if the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase -- with a few exceptions as detailed below:

All items that you choose to return or exchange must:

  • Have been purchased on decathlon.com.gh less than 30 days ago

  • Be unused and in new condition, with all tags attached

  • Be in the original packaging 

Exceptions to return policy: 

  • Safety and lifesaving equipment can’t be returned. Safety equipment includes, but isn't limited to, helmets, life jackets, and climbing gear 

  • Under Garments/Boxers

  • Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned

  • Gift cards are not permitted for return

      How In-Store Returns Work        

  1. Bring your product and receipt to the Accra Mall, Junction Mall, or West Hills Mall stores.
  2. Visit the welcome desk to speak to an agent, who will assist with your exchange or refund.
  3. Remember to keep your receipt or take a photo for safekeeping.

 

      How Online Returns Work        

  1. Log into https://www.decathlon.com.gh
  2. Go to  My Account > Orders and Returns > Online Orders      .
  3. Select the product(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason.
  4. Choose the return method: drop off in   store or pick up from home.
  5. An agent will contact you to finalize the return process.

 

      Processing Timeline        

  • In -Store: 3 business days.
  •  Online: 3–7 business days.

 

      Manufacturing Defects        

If your product has a manufacturing defect, Decathlon has you covered:

  • Within 30 Days: Bring the product and proof of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 30 Days: We will first attempt a repair. If repair isn’t possible, we’ll exchange the item or, if unavailable, offer a full refund.

Used Product

Used product (even lightly), dirty product, or product that has been damaged due to improper handling/use will not be accepted as a return and returned to you at your cost, donated or destroyed for free.

  

All Decathlon passion brand products come with a minimum 2 -years warranty.

  • Bank transfers may take up to 3-14 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Refunds are subject to inspection and do not include initial shipping fees.

Purchases of other brands can be returned only instore
