We offer free returns in-store and online. Here’s what’s available at each location:

How In-Store Returns Work
- Bring your product and receipt to the Kawukudi, Junction Mall, or West Hills Mall stores.
- Visit the welcome desk to speak to an agent, who will assist with your exchange or refund.
- Remember to keep your receipt or take a photo for safekeeping.
How Online Returns Work
- Log into https://www.decathlon.com.gh
- Go to My Account > Orders and Returns > Online Orders .
- Select the product(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason.
- Choose the return method: drop off in store or pick up from home.
- An agent will contact you to finalize the return process.
Processing Timeline
- In -Store: Same day processing.
- Online: 1–5 business days.
Manufacturing Defects
If your product has a manufacturing defect, Decathlon has you covered:
- Within 30 Days: Bring the product and proof of purchase for a full refund.
- After 30 Days: We will first attempt a repair. If repair isn’t possible, we’ll exchange the item or, if unavailable, offer a full refund.
All Decathlon passion brand products come with a minimum 2 -years warranty.
