The 5 last sessions carried out with the stopwatch will be saved in the history mode. There, you can consult all the lap times you have measured.
You can configure your own training sessions directly via the watch.And personalise your progress to suit your goals! 5 configuration phases available (warm-up, action, rest, number of repetitions and sets, time between sets and recovery time).
