Keep your watch on as you swim along the surface or have a shower after your exertions, it\'s waterproofed to 5 ATM and has buttons that work on the surface of the water. WARNING: do not use the buttons when swimming UNDERWATER.(For example: do not use the buttons at a depth of 1 metre)

You can configure your own training sessions directly via the watch.And personalise your progress to suit your goals! 5 configuration phases available (warm-up, action, rest, number of repetitions and sets, time between sets and recovery time). For example: - 20\' warm-up - 8 repetitions 30sec action/30sec recovery - 2 sets - 2\' rest between sets - 10\' recovery at end of workout

The alarm sound is almost inaudible. I bought this for sprint interval training. The watch is easy enough to set this up but I'd never be able to hear the alarm and there seems to be no way of increasing the volume so it's unsuitable for this purpose
It’s a lovely lightweight watch but setting it up isnt easy and instructions aren’t very good to follow
Still in its case. Not had time to wear out and take out. Very comfy
