Run500 console
The touchscreen and its LED display add a modern touch. You can always see all the info you need: time, distance, speed, pace, incline, calories and BPM, if you\'re wearing a Bluetooth or ANT+ heart rate monitor. There are also 30 customisable programmes and a GOALS mode (time / distance) to mix up your workouts. Lastly, the speed and incline shortcuts, along with the magnetic remote control, let you easily adjust your effort levels.

Motor power
Tested at its maximum speed of 16 km/h for a maximum user weight of 130 kg, the RUN500\'s engine power is 1.25 HP and 932 watts. Domyos sizes all of the electrical components based on the treadmill\'s maximum capacities, to ensure the best user experience and a reasonable electrical consumption. All of our treadmills are tested in the laboratory for 600 hours non-stop to ensure the integrity of their components.

The only negative is the slightly narrow deck
Minor comment - the safety clip is a poor design and difficult to attach.Mine has now broken
Mostly used for training in the winter when it is too dark to run on the roads. 5k to 21.1k distances.
The running surface is fairly standard. The belt has a good non-slip texture, and the board below has a slightly springy bounce. The track is also a good width and length for this price point, and you don't feel like you are running on a tightrope or are going to fall off the back. The whole machine is sturdy and feels solid and capable when a 90kg runner is sprinting (for me anyway) at the maximum speed of 16kmh. The incline changes are smooth and quiet.
I have covered well over a thousand miles, most of which at between 9kmh and 12kmh, and at various inclines from flat to the max 10%. The machine is perfect for this level. It also seems to be holding up to the task very well with no noticeable wear on the track (or my shoes).
It is easy to service (although I think they could include the oil and better instructions with the machine), and it is easy to adjust the belt tension with the included tool. It is not as noisy as some other treadmills, and most of the noise comes from footfall on the track and not the mechanical noise from the machine itself. The faster you run, the noisier everything becomes.
The controls and readouts are easy to read and easy to use and the surface is wipe clean. No issues here at all.
By far the most useful thing for me is that it folds up easily into a surprisingly small space (162x76x25 cm) and wheels into a cupboard when not in use. It is quite heavy at around 60kg, so possibly not so good for some.
I have two very minor niggles.
Firstly, the water bottle holder is awful. It is a rubber band with a U-shaped hook that fits on the handrails. You have to use both hands to unclip it if you want a drink. Trying to run with both hands extended in front of you is not great.
Secondly, the clip you attach to yourself on the the E-Stop lanyard is a bit weak and slips off occasionally. Not good and possibly not safe.
I replaced my clip with a clothes peg. I will have to 3D print a proper bottle holder.
Overall this is a fantastic running machine for the average runner/walker and has the speed range for those who are slightly better than average with 5k times down in the 18 min area.
If you need a running machine and can't, or don't want to, leave it set up all the time. This is a very good choice.
Love this running machine , one negative is the bottle holder is just a useless elastic band that clips onto the handle , it’s a waste of time , but otherwise I think it’s great
