If you're over 1.70 m tall and weigh more than 85 kg, then size 3 (75 cm diameter) is the one you need. Ball weight: - 2 kg
To get the most out of your Swiss ball, it's important to pump it up correctly. You'll need a pump (ref: 8214626, or 8490986) and a tape measure to check the ball's diameter. The size 3 ball should be no more than 75 cm across. To check that the ball is correctly inflated, sit on it: your knees and hips should be level. If they aren't, inflate the ball more or deflate it a little!
In the ball's box, you'll find: - a tape measure to help you inflate it correctly - 2 plugs - Instructions If you lose the plugs, you can buy replacements from our support website.
