Inflating your swiss ball
To get the most out of your Swiss ball, it\'s important to pump it up correctly. You\'ll need a pump (ref: 8214626, or 8490986) and a tape measure to check the ball\'s diameter. The size 3 ball should be no more than 75 cm across. To check that the ball is correctly inflated, sit on it: your knees and hips should be level. If they aren\'t, inflate the ball more or deflate it a little!
Is the size 3 ball the right one for you?
If you\'re over 1.70 m tall and weigh more than 85 kg, then size 3 (75 cm diameter) is the one you need. Ball weight: - 2 kg

Awesome quality
Probably ordered a size too big, but still effective. Good level of grip when sat on or laying on it. Has kept its inflation level over the last month.
