How to choose the right size of running shoe
In order to ensure optimum comfort with your RUN COMFORT shoes, choose a size bigger than your usual size. There should be 1 cm between your toe and the end of your shoes as your feet will swell during exercise.

How are the run comfort shoes specially designed for running?
When you run, the shock wave generated by each impact with the ground corresponds to approximately three times your weight. This wave runs from the heel to the top of the spinal column. Your joints act as shock absorbers, but this puts a lot of pressure on them. We have designed the DECATHLON RUN COMFORT running shoe to protect you from shocks and impacts.
How do we guarantee great cushioning in run comfort running shoes?
The cushioning in DECATHLON RUN COMFORT running shoes is provided by a sole made of exclusive, flexible and soft EVA (Ethylene vinyl acetate) foam that we have dubbed KALENSOLE, along with the \'Circular System\' technology: an air hole in the foam at the heel enables more effective and uniform dispersion of the shock wave.
What is the drop on a run comfort running shoe?
\'Drop\' is the difference between the height of the back (heel) and front (forefoot) of the shoe. There is a 10 mm height difference between the front and back of the sole.

I like the large amount of reflective detail for winter running. But the tongue has no cushion at all. The main part is fairly firm and then there is an edging of a softer fabric that comes about 1cm further up towards the ankle. I wasn't sure how this would feel but after wearing around the house I found it uncomfortable and think it would be likely to rub on the bend between your ankle and top of your foot. I will be returning them. The shape of the toe is pointed and my smaller toes feel cramped and pushed inwards. It might not be suitable if like me you like room for toes to splay rather than be held firmly in place. But this is very personal as we all have different shape feet. The rest is what you would expect from Decathlon at that price, good value compared to big brands.
Absolutely lovely pair of shoes, I wish there was a waterproof version. Easily the most comfortable pair of shoes that I own.
Good arch support and heel drop. Very bouncy and comfortable. I’ve wide feet at the base of my toes so they were a little tight to begin with but have soon loosened up. So far so good after a few weeks wear
