What is it for?
The pull kick is an item of swimming equipment that can be used in two ways: pull buoy and kickboard. It is suitable for intermediate or advanced swimmers as it offers only medium buoyancy when used as a kickboard. Its dimensions have been carefully designed so as not to hinder swimming speed. If you want to work specifically on your core muscles, you can position the pull kick in-between your calves. It can also be used with an ankle band to totally immobilise your legs.

I'm just learning to swim as I have a very big fear of deep water and this has helped me no end
Nothing wrong to say about it, does the job. doesn't have a weird feeling to it like some due to the smooth cover it has on it unlike typical Styrofoam types. Bonus points is that it dries pretty quickly meaning I'm avoiding anything getting damp or it smelling damp at all.
Works fine as a kick board but the groove in the middle isn’t deep enough and it is too buoyant for use as a pull buoy, it just slips out from between your legs constantly, better off just getting a separate kick board and pull buoy.
