Resistant soles for walking trails
Our hiking sandals are designed for use on walking trails. Indeed, the components of the sole and upper of our boots are selected and tested to ensure that they are as well suited as possible to hiking on soft trails (e.g. dirt paths in forests) or stony trails (rocky coastal footpaths). Road use (tarmac) may lead to premature wear on your boots and cause discomfort. They are not suitable for mountain walking.

I've had 3 or 4 pairs of these sandals, as they've previously been very comfortable, but the pair I bought recently are very uncomfortable. My ankles have been cut, by abrasion from the sides and are very sore. Never happened before, which makes me wonder if D have messed with the design.
Bought these to replace my old Keen sandals. Really like them. Size is accurate and they are as comfortable as sandals that are double the price.
