Only for Oxelo Play One, Play 3, Play 5 and LEARN100 inline skates.
Remove the rear wheel, unscrew the worn brake, put on the new brake, screw the brake back on, put the wheel back in place.
Change the front brake pad before the wear line is reached.
The rubber gives you more traction: braking is faster and easier. Plastic brakes "skid" but don't brake.
