How to use it
Always use boxing gloves when hitting the bag. Without them, you risk injuring yourself (burns, bruises).
Padding
You can fill the base with sand (25 kg) or water (18 L). If you fill the base with water, we recommend not filling it to 100%, and particularly not jumping on the filled base

Design
The punching ball is designed to train your punches. The foam ball and sprung, stable metal base guarantee good responsiveness. The height (100-130 cm) can be easily adjusted using the wheel on the central metal shaft. This punching ball comes with a pair of junior gloves in size 4 OZ (5-10 years).

Product has several defaults: first the pushing ball is rotating around itself. Second - the pushing ball part can detach quite easily while playing with it. My son is 11 years old and I saw the part flying around few times which can be very dangerous. Decathlon customer service refuses to echange. They said it's normal after 18 months of use
No clear Instructions
I gave this as Christmas Present to grandchildren. They both love using it. It is sturdy and easy to store.
