Get slippy when your hands sweat & tore within a few weekd
I have a standing desk for work and this works really well for preventing achy feet. It's a great two in one product as I can quickly stretch between meetings with a few yoga moves. It has great grip and is not too firm not too squishy.
Useful workout mat. Use it to protect floor when am doing weights and also to workout on to protect back from hard floor
