Size S is adjustable in length up to 40 cm, with a width of 2 cm and a weight of 35 grams. Size M is adjustable in length up to 55 cm, with a width of 2.5 cm and a weight of 55 grams. Size L is adjustable in length up to 70 cm, with a width of 3 cm and a weight of 75 grams.
