Love these always have mine on, carry everything in it bough a handful of them over the years they don’t damage or wear easily I get about 18-24 months use out of one.
They are small and thin but you can jam a lot in them if you need to!
I get my iPhone 15 and a charge cable in the big compartment easily with my passport and pro beats case if I have to and all my cards in the small compartment.
Day to day I carry everything except my iPhone and cable in mine being a forgetful kind I lost many EarPods leaving them behind before starting to put them in my pouch!
Good make, not so easy to get your phone out of it but use as a money belt
