What if your compass loses north?
Use the compass a distance away from any magnetic source that will make it lose north: high-voltage lines, mobile phone, keys, metal objects, etc. - and even the influence of another compass can make it change direction!

Very well made, high quality and sturdy. Works perfectly, and clips to the strap on my bag.
Тice looking key-chain,, but there is a big chance to lose your keys because there is no lock and by easy pressure your keys can run away) BTW the paint started peeling off after a month.
Both I n the wilds and in huge cities I like to have a compass on me. These are low cost and lightweight clip-on compasses. I have about 6 on different bags and rucksacks. To be honest I use my iPhone the most as my primary navigational aide but I know the value of having a back-up compass.
