- Place heavier items at the bottom of the large compartment. Pack your clothing on top. - Keep a waterproof jacket and/or fleece within easy reach. - Use the small compartment for small bits and bobs that you'll need during the day (electronics, map, sun cream, sunglasses, etc.). - Place your water bottle in the side pocket.
- Loosen the straps - Put on the bag - Tighten the straps
The bag components are water-repellent, so they can withstand a short time in light rain. ATTENTION: This backpack is not waterproof and does not come with a rain cover. If you want to be able to hike/trek in rainy weather and keep your kit dry, we recommend the following model: "Rain Cover 10-20L", available on our website, reference 8772113.
The volume of each backpack is measured using a standardised method: we fill the main compartment, as well as each pocket, with small balls. We then empty the balls into a container with markings on the side, which tells us the equivalent volume in litres.
We perform various lab tests to validate the bag components: fabrics, buckles, straps, padding, zips. For example, for fabric, we test the abrasion and tear resistance, colour-fastness to light and washing, and waterproofing. We also do tests to check the resistance of seams with accelerated wear tests on a mannequin to imitate a hiker's movements.
Based on your feedback, we improved the design of our backpack. This bag was tested by many hikers, who provided their feedback on the functions so we could improve the design. For this new model, we added a two-way zip on the main pocket plus a side pocket, and we reinforced the base.

Amazing small back pack!
So glad I bought this bag for light hiking/days out on holiday. It is very lightweight but strong and flexible. The zips run really well. Only slightly padded back but it enough. The from pocket is big and hols all the little bits and bobs. The waterbottle holder is nice and deep and stretchy so takes a large bottle. I added a karibeener clip to the hanging loop to attach dog bowl. For the price it is brilliant and it looks way more expensive. Would make a good school bag. The blue colour is a soft greyish navy.
Budget-friendly! Saved me when I was looking for a cost-wise backpack. Multi-purpose, for daily use and day hikes! Excellent for its price!
