The PB 500 Strike punching bag is very resistant to repeated punches and kicks thanks to its thick synthetic (PU) cover.It lets you work on aspects of your technique such as distance, footwork and speed.It is attached by very durable reinforced straps and metal triangles for maximum safety.One of the things we do for punching bags is to reuse fabric offcuts.
