I take home-made soup to work - and got fed up with so-called 'leakproof' containers that leaked soup into my rucksack, making it smelly. So I tried these containers and they are brilliant! No leaks after weeks of use - and I microwave the soup in them as well. Just don't overheat the soup in the container otherwise you'll mark the inside; it's still hygienic and usable, but doesn't look too brilliant after a while - but that's true of ALL 'microwavable' containers.
We really like these for storing tea, coffee, sugar and hot chocolate in our patrol boxes for camp. They are a good size and stack together well. They seal well without being too difficult for the kids to open themselves.
