1. Program Dates

"Our Second Life Buyback Program is active from September 5th to September 15th, 2025. Please note that we cannot accept any submissions outside of this specific window."

2. Eligible Products

"We're looking for a variety of sports gear! We're accepting equipment and accessories from Decathlon, Adidas, Bepulet, and Nox. However, please note that we are not currently accepting apparel or shoes in this program."

3. Product Condition

"To be eligible, all products must be in a safe, working condition and originally purchased by you. Our team will inspect each item upon submission, and we reserve the right to refuse products that do not meet our safety and quality standards."

4. Buyback Value

"The value of your item will be assessed by our team based on its condition, original price, and current market value. The final offer is not negotiable, and it is a fixed value based on our assessment."

5. Exchange & Credit

"Once your item is approved, you will receive your buyback value as Decathlon store credit or a voucher, which can be used for any future purchases. Please note that this credit cannot be exchanged for cash."

6. Ownership & Responsibility

"By submitting your product, you confirm that you are the sole and rightful owner. Decathlon is not responsible for any disputes or claims from other parties regarding the ownership of the item."

7. Program Rights

"We reserve the right to modify or end this program at any time. By participating, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined here.
