Why choose a special shoe for walking?
In walking there is complete heel-to-toe transition, from the moment the heel hits the ground to the propulsion of the front of the foot. During this phase the foot is extremely arched. Walking shoes must be extremely flexible to conform perfectly with this movement.
What is flex-h technology?
The Flex-H technology has three flex grooves in an H-pattern located at the forefoot. This gives the foot the flexibility it needs for the propulsion phase.
Removable insole.
Removable insole for quick drying. They can also be replaced by orthopaedic insoles.

I love these shoes as you just slide you feet in and your ready to go.. it's like wearing home comfortable slippers except these are outdoors!
Good shoes which are flexible and have a good grip.
I am a woman and a nurse. I’m not sure why these are men’s shoes in particular. These shoes are great for work. They are so light and comfy and protect your whole foot. Not waterproof. Really easy to put on and take off.
