The sole has flex grooves for easier heel-to-toe transition when doing sport. The hard-wearing rubber half-sole prevents young athletes slipping on wet surfaces!
What\'s drop?
The drop of a shoe is the difference in sole height between the forefoot and the heel. The shorter the drop, the more natural the foot movement for running, reducing \"biomechanical\" action which can cause injury. The drop of these KIPRUN FAST shoes has been reduced to 6 mm to respect your little one\'s natural stride!

The trainers were very. They lasted almost a year with great success. We have now decided to buy another pair because they were so nice. Decathlon is generally an amazing sport store and would definitely recommend. Unfortunately, the front piece ripped 6 months later so it meant we had to replace it.
This is our second pair, sadly first one had some issues.
These were nice trainers to try on in the store for my 10 year old. We got them home and when he went to put them on the lace ripped through the top hole. It looked like the hole was made too close to the edge so tension from tying a shoe lace just ripped straight through it. Returned with no problem. The store had no replacements of this type in his size so we selected a different shoe instead.
