This is a standard "one frame fits all cars" carrier of the sort I've had for years so I was prepared for the faff in getting it to the right construction for my car. You can't get a universal carrier and not expect a bit of a pain when getting it to fit. HOWEVER no way does it fit three bikes! I have two medium unisex hybrids and a small mountain bike with minimal suspension. There was no way they were going to fit. Took off the mountain bike front wheel and mananged to get them all on after three quarters of an hour of carefully changing the configuration of each bike. I was not happy about the amount of pressure each bike was applying on the one below it either. Two bikes, fine. Three? Forget it and save your sanity.
