The waistcoat is adapted to the size of the user and the level of buoyancy corresponds to their weight. Size 40 / 60 kg Size 60 / 80 kg Size > 80 kg You should choose your buoyancy jacket based on your weight, to make sure that you get good buoyancy, and the various adjustment systems will let you fit it to your body shape

I find this to be a brilliant Byoyancy Aid for dinghy sailing. The only reason for marking the hydration down is that it dosn't come with a bladder so I can't say it is good or bad.
Really comfortable to wear. Multiple pockets/compartments. Great value for money.
First purchased November 2021. the elasticated mesh on that one has started getting saggy and going into holes. Purchased this one this week as a replacement. The old one will be relegated to pool use. It still 1/3 cheaper than the comonlly used brands.
