Putting in the plugs
It is very important to carefully read the instructions in the box. Knead the plugs between your fingers to make them more malleable. In this way, you can position them perfectly. WARNING: As indicated in the instructions, the plugs must remain close to the surface, and not pushed into the ear canal.

I have a hole in my ear and have found it difficult to find a ear plug that is comfortable and allows me to go into the water. These have been perfect for me. The cover the ear so no having to put them into my ear. I can wear them for a long time and be comfortable.
It's hard to express just how good these plugs are. My Wife and I are travelling by motorhome and as is the case anywhere some places are peaceful, others not so much. These plugs cancel out everything. At first I thought maybe a little expensive, how wrong I was! Best vfm item I've ever bought. No more tossing and turning, no more irritation at outside noise, just a wonderful night's sleep. Just play with them a minute or two to make them malleable and then insert- job done. They stay in situ all night. Being a biker I've tried many ear plugs over the years and these outshine anything by a country mile. Don't think I could be without them now. Outstanding product
