Sort of works, when I found the largest size out of 3 plugs supplied were the closest fit, but difficult to put on & keep in place when wearing tight silicon swim cap. Due to age, & wax build up issues I was recommended to use ear plugs, as I've started going to a pool regularly. Sometimes the plugs touch some wax and get washed out when I clean the plugs! Nice that they are soft and comfortable to wear. Colour (blue/green) may not be the best in blue coloured water if misplaced while swimming. Bit more security thanks to cord.
