A pleasant workout experience depends on comfortable clothing that frees your movements. That's what we had in mind when designing this sports bra. Its straps are adjustable and can be worn straight or crossed. To cross them at the middle of your back, just use the hook to attach the two rings together. This frees your shoulder blades for greater ease of movement.

In sport, making an effort often involves breaking a sweat. You certainly appreciate being able to push your limits, but you're not sure that you love ending up soaked at the end of a workout. We thought of you when we added a few details to this sports bra to help keep you dry. Lace lined with mesh helps to create a breathability zone between the breasts for better perspiration wicking.

This sports bra has 2 cups made of a thin, flexible foam for optimal comfort. The foam also helps hide the shape of the nipple.

While exercising, your breasts, which are fragile and supported almost exclusively by skin, experience much more stress than in everyday life. No matter your cup size or age, they're subjected to movements and bouncing that can create a force of up to five times their weight. Wearing a sports bra offers the support, comfort and protection your breasts need. It protects your chest from impacts, pain and premature sagging.

The tension created during sports activities stretches the skin and ligaments of the bust. Without adequate support, you're more likely to suffer from pain or premature sagging. On the other hand, too much support can also have harmful consequences. So your bra needs to have the right level of support for your cup size as well as for the intensity of the impacts. The idea is to protect your bust without altering natural breast movement.

Decathlon sports bras are validated in our labs using a chest support test. This measures how much your chest slows down during sports activity. There are three levels of support: 1 for light support, 3 for medium support and 5 for high support.

The sports bra's support should be adapted to your activity. Our range comes in three levels:- Level 1: light support for activities that cause gentle breast movement (Pilates, stretching, strength training, etc.);- Level 3: medium support for activities that lead to a moderate level of bounce (dancing, fitness, cardio training, etc.);- Level 5: high support for activities involving intensive movements (step aerobics, running, trampolining, etc.).

If you pick the right size, you can be confident that your sports bra will support your chest and be comfortable. To determine your size, you'll need a tape measure:- Stand in front of a mirror;- Place it horizontally at the top of your back, on the lower part of the shoulder blades;- bring the tape measure across the fullest part of your bust; - Take the measurement without pulling it tight; - Try using our online calculator to make the process easier.

To make it easier to put on your sports bra, we recommend fastening it in the front, then slipping the clasp around to the back. Then bring it up over the bust and slide on the straps as you would with a standard bra.

Decathlon's bras are designed by our sports team to prevent health problems and keep you as comfortable as possible. We avoid the use of underwires to reduce the risk of injury and compression of lymph nodes. We also minimise seams over the nipples to prevent irritation. Finally, the use of fabrics that promote perspiration wicking ensures your comfort while significantly reducing the risk of skin irritation.

Designed for intensive sports use, this sports bra can withstand repeated washings. We recommend washing them at 30°C or less and using our specially designed laundry bag (reference 8505236). Use liquid detergent rather than powder, and do not use softeners as they could affect the fabric's breathability.We don't recommend tumble drying this sports bra.
