These high-top, waterproof boots follow children on their outdoor adventures. Grippy, these boots are perfect for running, climbing and jumping.
What size should you choose?
These boots are available in UK Junior sizes 10 - 2.
For hiking, consider one size above your child’s normal size for optimal comfort on descents, preventing the toes from bumping against the boot.
How do you test your boots?
Allow children to try on both shoes while standing up, with the socks worn for hiking. Check two comfort points: the base of the heel and the front part of the foot going down. During your first few outings, gradually have them try them out to get used to them.
How do you extend the waterproofing capacity of your boots?
With use and over time, the boots’ waterproofing capacity may decrease. To reactivate their water-repellency and prevent stains on the outside, we recommend using a re-waterproofing treatment product after a year.
Why do these shoes have removable insoles?
Did you know that children’s feet sweat three times as much as adults’ feet? That’s why at Quechua, we’ve designed trainers with removable insoles so you can air the shoes out.
What’s more, our trainers are suitable for wearing with orthopaedic insoles!
A practical tip: remove the insole when trying them on to see where your foot sits.
These waterproof, high-rise hiking shoes with rip-tab fastenings are ideal for children on all kinds of terrain. Grippy and durable, they follow the foot’s movement and provide protection.
