Why wear a ballet wrap-over top?

Good quality top, preferred when they had buttons to wear as an actual wrap but this style is fine too. Very small fitting though. My 9 year old usually wears age 8-9 or 9-10 clothes (depending on store) but I had to get age 14 for her. Definitely size up at least once.
Washes well, comes up a bit small but fits my tall not quite 3 year old well with some growing room
great top, good quality warm enough, a little see through. 16 years is same as a size 8/ 10
