Soft yoga block mmm! It's more of a small cushion!. To be positive about this I'd say that the canvas casing for the block is detachable and washable. The cover is also well made, durable and a nice colour. It's smaller than I expected. The inner block is rag filled and a bit lump. If it had been filled with buckwheat I'd have been happier - indeed I may change the filling. I'd also say that personally as is, I'd not use it for any poses other than restorative yoga or Yin yoga as a soft prop. So for restorative yoga only I would recommend it.

I really lije the product, it is amazing. Just does not suit my purpose. But an excellent sturdy lightweight product with complete value for money.
