Caught one wave, tumbled with the board, and a fin snapped off, on the same day it arrived. Didn't hit the bottom, it was just me knocking into the board. Gutted! Would expect them to survive a lot more than a very basic wave.
Même problème que dans un avis précédent : mes dérives se sont cassées après seulement quelques sessions, au niveau des pattes de fixation, sans choc violent.
Le chef de produit matériel surf a répondu dans cet avis qu’un échange était possible en magasin. J’ai donc suivi cette recommandation et me suis rendue en boutique, mais on m’a refusé la prise en charge.
Je trouve cela incohérent et regrettable, surtout au vu de la fragilité du produit. Très déçue par la qualité du matériel et le service après-vente. Je ne recommande pas.
