Why use hand grips for cross training?
During WODs involving suspended gymnastic movements, we strongly recommend that you use hand grips to avoid injuring your hands. This is particularly true if you frequently do exercises such as Bar Muscle-Ups, T2B, Chest-to-bar or Pull-ups, for example!
Improve your grip even further
We recommend applying magnesium carbonate powder to the hand grips before each use to enhance your grip on the bar.
How do you choose your hand grips?
Measure the length of your palm (from the base of your wrist to the base of your middle finger).Choose size 1 if it's less than 10 cm, and size 2 if it's more than 10 cm.
How do you look after your hand grips?
Hand grips can be washed regularly:- Apply a little black soap and rub gently.- Leave them to soak in warm water.- Then leave them to dry.Now you're ready to get your WOD back on track.
Did you know? what are the differences between hand grips with holes and those without?
Hole-free hand grips, unlike those with holes, are easier to remove. This is particularly important if you want to switch between exercises quickly!

Product Reviews
Have purchased the previous Decathlon grips which had finger holes in them and found them good for grip but would eventually rip from overuse especially on BMU’s but for the cost I was happy to pay to keep replacing them, they’ve since discontinued those so I had bought other more expensive grips elsewhere but found them not to be grippy enough on the bar so I decided to give these a go even though they are holeless. Really glad I did. The lack of finger holes really doesn’t make a difference to me, in fact I have found transitions between exercises much more efficient. Mainly though, they are grippy, which is my number 1 requirement, used with chalk and was very happy with them. Perfect for CrossFit gymnastics rig work, highly recommend, for the price you can’t go wrong.
Après 3 mois d'utilisation elles se sont déchirées pas assez solide à revoir ...
Funktioniert. Tut was es soll.
