To find out if you need an S or L-shaped retainer strap, here are some tips: - Measure the width of the tip of the temple of your glasses. If it is between 5 and 7mm wide, then you will need size S. very chunky at the back unfortunately. Doesnt feel comfortable and discreet for me.
I prefer a slimmer strap and switched to the kids strap which has a better profile and fit.
Started off well, comfortable, sadly only lasted a month before the lining ripped, now a struggle to insert the glasses arms in. Recommend only for small glasses arms.
This has solved the problem of sunglasses slipping down my sweaty nose when running in the heat! Not five stars only because there should be a choice of lengths or else the length should be adjustable - I had to sew it to shorten it myself otherwise it would have been far too loose to be useful.
