Really not satisfied with the deterioration of this bag. It was purchased approx 9 months ago and used for outdoor fitness classes. I specifically asked in store if it was durable enough and being advised that it was. , flaking handles, stitching ready to go . I'll be lucky to get a yr out of it

This is a great way to bring in to a circuits many varied exercises and give a little more resistance. Also, things such as air squats are better with a bag on your shoulders as it makes sure you are performing the exercise correctly. Luvin the bag
