  1.     How to Place an Order Online    

    Order in 5 Simple Steps:    

  1.   Browse Products: Use our menu or search bar to find what you need.
  2.  Choose Size: Select your preferred size, if applicable.
  3.  Add to Cart : Click  ‘ADD TO CART’     and     ‘View Cart Summary’    . To add more items, choose     ‘Continue Shopping’.  Otherwise, proceed.
  4.  View Cart : Adjust quantities and apply promo codes, then click ‘Order Now’ to proceed to checkout. (Note: Creating an account is required.)
  5. Checkout: Choose your delivery and payment options:  
  •  Pay Online : Mobile Money, VISA, or MASTERCARD  
  • Cash on Delivery  Pay when your order arrives  

   Click ‘COMPLETE YOUR ORDER’  to complete the process for home delivery or store pickup.

  1.     Can I Return My Order?    

    Exchanges      

Exchange your item within 365 days if the size or color isn’t right! You’ll only cover the shipping cost.  

    Process Your Exchange

  •  Assistance Provide: Our team will guide you through the next steps.
  •  In -Store Exchange : Bring your receipt to any store for an immediate exchange.  
  • Alternatively, we can ship the correct size to you for a small fee.  

  Note: Items should be returned with original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • Bank Transfer: Get your refund via bank transfer, typically within 5 business days.
