The principle of a self-inflating mattress
We advise you to get out and unroll your mattress as soon as you set up camp. Leave the valve open to make pre-inflation easier. A self-inflating mattress inflates itself to about 80%. You will need to blow up the rest yourself, so you can adjust the pressure to your desired comfort level.
Thermal properties and warmth: winter use and in extreme conditions

The R-value expresses the thermal performance and resistance of the mattress. This bed was a game changer 6 nights at Glastonbury festival and it was so comfortable.easily better than normal air beds. If you camp,buy one,you won’t be disappointed!
First use today, and unfortunately the in and put valves don't seal at all. The air comes out as soon as you blow it in. Very disappointed as I was finally looking forward to a comfortable night's sleep whilst camping.
Great mattress...self inflates in a matter of minutes although I found that I needed a bit more air in mine as I like a firm mattress.. It comes with the bag that allows you to fold the mattress as opposed to rolling it up which for me is a lot better... it's very comfortable and seems to be made from good quality material very pleased with it
