I use these practically everyday in all my shoes now as they provide great arch support and are rigid along the plantar area of the foot. From having a standing up job I use to suffer a bit from aching feet and heel pain, and by wearing these the aches and pains have almost gone. So, in short, I use this as an orthotic insole and it really works.
I’ve had terrible problems with sore soles and knees for years. Since using these insoles I have had no sore soles and my knees have improved massively. I believe it is due to the hard plastic arch support that has solved my problems. I put them in all my shoes now. I would go as far as to say that they have extended my working life by several years, if the pain had remained I probably would have retired this year.
