The heels on the back of these are a good height as to not slip and actually hold on to the foot. They have comfortable padding and the colours are nice and subtle considering most running shoes seem to be bright and garish. Only complaint i have is the squeaking when walking on hard flooring and in sports halls. Most certainly wouldn't buy for an indoor sport use but good for outdoors, track running and regular gym use.
I completed a ten mile hilly run in them after only wearing them once. Have a lot of support and fit my feel well. No blisters or rubbing. Very happy with purchase, only wish that I'd bought them on sale to save a bit!
These running shoes are so comfortable and they look great too
