I bought this after I tweaked something in my lower back and had some soreness. I wanted to protect my back while playing football and going to the gym. This provided a firm wrap around support and I was fine with activities over the next week. The construction is solid and the elastic is powerful, it really squeezes your trunk in place.
Good for daily use also if u r involved in any sports.
