Love the shoes. Not ran marath...

Love the shoes. Not ran marathon distance in these, use for threshold runs as firmer than other shoes

My return to running after 5 -...

My return to running after 5 - 8 years away. My last Adidas shoes and Michelin train shoes looked like trainers. Fashion and technology has moved on. After several 5k street runs and a park run, then:- Obviously much lighter. The cushioning is the headline change. The noticeable thing missing is slamming my feet into the pavement 3 times a week. I was starting to get ankle pain but that has gone with these. I don't know about energy return. Its subtle, but on the other hand they don't soak up power. I broke my PB first time out and then again next time, so that's a win. On the park run they aren't as stable as a trail shoe so I will go back to the Michelins next time. Odd features the light weigh upper results in no ankle cushion. Its a bit like putting your foot into a plastic wet suit. Also with the thin upper the laces don't slide through the eyelets easily, because there are none. Overall its a good shoe and I don't expect it to fall apart. I'm not experienced enough to say if its the best shoe.

Only good colour of all the shoes they sold

The only shoe in all the collection that Decathlon nail the color palette. everything else just look ridiculous. This feels like a clown 🤡 shoe skinny long. the midle and front sole are the perfect height and step feel you will ever find. but then you have that clown big heel tail??? feels very weird to run with the weight distribution feels off cause half she apparent weight is on that big clown heel. the upper is too lose don't know who's feet they are modeling this after, probably went like this otherwise the shoe would look weird being 90% sole... interior is comfortable but the materials are not great. great summer shoes, don't run wet cause what hits the ground most is floan and that has no grip and you Run afraid you Donna rook your ankle cause of how tall, long and skinny the shoe is.
