Good grip and balance. Versatile for push ups.

These have a great shape about them, they're perfect for curls, with good weight distribution and usual movements, but when using them to do a burpee manmaker or similar they are solid and stable, so can be used for the plank or pressup part too. nice rubberised finished and comfortable grip area. Really good quality I had them over a year use them a few times a week and leave them in the garage and there's no wear or damage visible. Ive built up a full set apart from the 22s love them. In the gyms I use we have good quality round and hex ones, but I prefer these.
