Adult Judo Base Layer T-Shirt - White/Black

"Often, judokas wear cotton T-shirts. A white T-shirt is required during women's competitions. Men may not necessarily want to be bare chested under their uniform. That's why we created a T-shirt especially for judo. We developed questionnaires for our sport partners, and several judokas wore prototypes during the French championships. We also wanted it to be an affordable product. This product was important to me. We're really proud of it."

In judo, you often grab your opponent by the collar. And especially at the start of the season, your skin can get really irritated. To limit friction and irritation, we created a T-shirt with a wide, high collar to wear under your uniform. That way you can give it your all from your very first lesson!

In addition to protecting your neck from irritation, this T-shirt also keeps your uniform from absorbing perspiration, which can cause it to yellow. To quickly absorb and wick away perspiration, we chose a fabric in elastane and polyester on the sides with several ventilation zones.As for the design, the top of the T-shirt is sleek while the white and grey pattern on the rest of the shirt resembles the rice-grain weave on the uniform fabric.

"To guarantee freedom of movement in a garment, you can design it with a loose fit, but this is not practical for an item worn under a uniform. A fitted cut that follows your movements is a better option."That's why we chose a polyester fabric: it follows your movements naturally.For maximum ease when moving your arms forward, the sides of the T-shirt are made from a polyester and elastane blend for stretch!
