How to install your pull-up bar
If you installed the bar by turning it towards you, you can do pull-ups using an overhand grip (palms away from you).To do pull-ups with an underhand grip (towards you), face the bar from the opposite side.This way, the bar won't come loose.
A pull-up bar that can do it all?
For strength training and bodybuilding, a pull-up bar lets you work your upper body using suspension exercises: biceps, back, shoulders, pecs and even abs. Doing pull-ups in an underhand position (palms towards you) works your biceps. An overhand position (palms away from you) will give your back a stronger workout.And for your abs? Raise your knees up while doing pull-ups!
Pull-ups for beginners
Lifting your own bodyweight is often one of the first challenges when doing bodyweight training. Beginners can start with resistance bands which allow users to adjust the bodyweight needed during their workout.Once you are able to do pull-ups, you can then wear a weighted vest to increase the difficulty!

My doorframe is 86cm. I read a comment on the 70cm pull up bar modelsaying that the minimum length was really 61cm not 70. Since the 70cm bar has been out of stock since forever, could please someone do me a favour and tell me the real minimum length for the 100cm model? Thanks
Easy to set up in any doorway or alcove, reliable.
The rubber becomes brittle with time. It was working perfectly in the beginning. But I was not warned about the rubber issue. I do not recommend. Also warranty claim was also denied. Didn’t expect such a response from decathlon.
